Which information regarding the applicant for a position involving confidentiality is mandatory on the application form in the eOPG?
Mandatory fields on the application form are last name, date of birth and full email address of the applicant.
The email address will be used by eOPG to send an automated email message to the applicant containing a link to a submission form for personal information (OPG). The date of birth will be used for an automatic cross check to verify that the applicant you are submitting is also the one logging into the eOPG web service using their DigiD token.
