I note that there is an option to have some personal information in the digital OPG precompiled from the Personal Records Database; what information is this?
It is recommended to allow the application form to be precompiled on the basis of the information contained in the Personal Records Database. This will enter your name and address, as well as the known information on your direct family members.
These include your partner (if registered as such), your children and your parents, where applicable.
The addresses for any children (no longer living at home) and for your parents are not precompiled. In case information is incorrect or missing, you can enter it separately in the OPG.
