I do have DigiD authentication, but to be able to log in, 2-factor authentication has to be activated. I do not have 2-factor authentication, how can I request it?

The use of 2-factor authentication is necessary for technical security reasons. You can request it at www.digid.nl. Bear in mind that DigiD requires a processing period of 5 working days.
