I can’t download the form, what should I do?
If you are not able to download the form and you get a message asking you to install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 11) on your computer, even though you already have it installed, try using a different internet browser like Firefox (www.getfirefox.com). Another option is to uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader and reinstall it.
If you have an Apple computer and are experiencing problems with the forms, download the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for Mac and change the default application for opening PDF-forms from Safari to Adobe Acrobat Reader. If these methods don't help solve the problem, please contact the system administrator of your company.
